Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services.
Services
Rodent Control Missoula provides rodent inspection, removal, exclusion, and decontamination services in Missoula, MT, and surrounding areas. Actual on-site services are performed by licensed pest management operators operating under Montana DLI certification.
Service availability is subject to scheduling, route availability, and access conditions. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Inspection & Estimate Terms
- All inspections are subject to a service fee confirmed at the time of booking
- Inspection fees are credited in full toward any approved service work
- Written estimates are provided after inspection and before any work begins
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Final pricing may vary from published ranges based on on-site conditions confirmed during inspection
- No work begins without your written or verbal approval of the estimate
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, cheques, and major credit cards
- Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month
- Returned cheques are subject to a $35 processing fee
- Multi-unit and commercial accounts may be invoiced with net-15 payment terms upon prior agreement
60-Day Return Protection Policy
Rodent Control Missoula offers a 60-day return protection guarantee on all completed exclusion work under the following conditions:
- The guarantee applies to entry points identified, documented, and sealed during the original service
- If rodent activity is confirmed at a previously sealed entry point within 60 days, we will return and re-seal at no charge
- The guarantee does not cover new entry points that were not present or accessible during the original inspection
- The guarantee does not apply if structural changes, renovations, or third-party work have been performed on the property after our service
- The guarantee requires that you contact us within the 60-day window to report activity

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective service outcomes, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and infestation at the time of booking
- Ensure safe access to all areas requiring inspection: attic, crawl space, basement, garage, and exterior perimeter
- Inform us of any known hazards on the property before the technician arrives
- Follow post-service recommendations, including sanitation guidance and monitoring instructions
- Do not disturb or remove exclusion materials installed during service
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the 60-day return protection guarantee.
Access & Property Conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the property on the scheduled service date
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment may result in a rescheduling fee
- Properties with unsafe conditions, unstable structures, hazardous materials, and aggressive animals may require conditions to be resolved before service can proceed
- For remote properties accessed via lockbox, customers are responsible for providing accurate access codes and instructions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, Rodent Control Missoula’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, property damage unrelated to our work, or third-party claims.
Intellectual Property
All content on rodentcontrolmissoula.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Rodent Control Missoula and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Missoula County, Montana.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
